A 15-acre high-end apartment community has opened in Murrieta.
Vintage Farms was developed by MBK Rental Living in Irvine and is available for leasing, according to a statement released by the company.
The 330-unit project at 28749 Clinton Keith Road just east of Interstate 215 features studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments that range from 503 square feet to 1,278 square feet. Amenities include a pool, game room, 24-hour fitness center, dog spa and park, and outdoor gathering areas.
“As more residents choose to rent for longer periods and remain connected to regional employment centers, expectations for homes have shifted,” said Ken McCarren president of MBK Rental, in the statement. “Access to amenities remains important, but so does the ability to return to an environment that supports focus, stability, and recharge after the workday.”
