Stirling Capital Investments has completed a 447,740-square-foot industrial facility at the Southern California Logistics Centre in Victorville.
The building, at the southwest corner of Phantom West and George Boulevard, was pre-leased by Arden Cos., a manufacturer of outdoor furniture and decor, and Newell Brands, a consumer goods company, according to a statement released today.
Arden Cos. is occupying 211,000 square feet, while Newell Brands is using 233,470 square feet. About 125 people are working there.
Newell Brands already occupies 584,412 square feet at the logistics center, a 2,500-acre commercial and industrial complex that Stirling Capital is developing at the former George Air Force Base.
The new building, which Stirling delivered one month ahead of schedule, sits on 19.7 acres.
Based in Foothill Ranch in Orange County, Stirling Capital is a joint venture with DCT Industrial Trust in Denver. The company has developed more than $3 billion worth of projects in Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino and San Diego counties, according to the statement.
