A multi-tenant office building in downtown San Bernardino has been sold.
The structure, at 655 W. Second St., sold for $14.5 million to Charter School Capital in Portland, Ore., CBRE Group Inc. said.
The building covers 86,600 square feet and is currently 80 percent occupied by two tenants: the Fortune School of Education, a Sacramento-based institution that prepares people to teach in public schools, and San Bernardino Superior Court.
CBRE represented California Community Collaborative in the lease negotiations. Charter School Capital was represented by an outside broker.
The Inland office market continues to improve, recording net absorption during all of 2016 and in 19 of the 20 previous quarters, according to CBRE.
