Esri, the Redlands-based company that is a global leader in spatial analytics, has been named one of the best mid-sized companies to work for in the United States by Forbes Magazine.
This was the second consecutive year that Esri was recognized by Forbes, which based its findings on opinions submitted by employees in an independent, anonymous survey, according to a statement.
Employees cited work-life balance, good benefits, an on-site workout facility and working with colleagues around the world as some of the reasons why Esri is an ideal place to work. Esri employs an estimated 3,800 people worldwide and expects to hire about 400 more people this year, according the statement.
