A Canadian investor has bought two multifamily properties in San Bernardino.
Vista Group Inc., a Calgary-based condominium rental agency, purchased the complexes at 1340 N. F St. and 3943 N. H St. for a combined $8 million, according to CBRE Group Inc. Ontario.
The F Street property has six studio, 25 one-bedroom and eight two-bedroom apartments. It’s not rent controlled and is within walking distance of several restaurants and retail entities.
The H Street property has 25 units and is fully leased.
CBRE represented Vista Group and both sellers in the transactions, which were announced this week. The sellers were not identified.
