Coachella has named Lincoln Bogard its finance director.
Bogard has more than 20 years experience in financial management, including executive, management and auditing positions in the public and private sector, according to a statement Coachella’s website.
Most recently, Bogard was Banning’s deputy city manager, where he was in charge of finance, human resources, payroll, purchasing, utility billing, risk management and IT.
“Lincoln’s experience in municipal finance, combined with his expertise in risk management, budgeting, and fiscal transparency, makes him an invaluable addition to Coachella’s executive team,” said Yadira Perez, city council member, in the statement. ”We are confident his leadership will strengthen Banning’s financial foundation and support our community’s long-term growth.”
