Burger chain is coming to Corona

A vacant drive-thru restaurant in Corona is the future site of Troys Burgers.

The 2,230-square-foot building at 4330 Green River Road, formerly occupied by a Copperlocks Grill, sold recently for $2.4 million, according to Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga.

Progressive represented the seller in the transaction. Details about the buyer and seller, and opening date for the restaurant, were not disclosed.

“The combination of a high-visibility location and flexible financing made this a compelling opportunity for the buyer,” said Paul Galmarini, senior vice president with Progressive in the statement. “We continue to see strong demand for well-located drive-thru restaurant properties across Corona and the broader Inland Empire, particularly from owner/users seeking control of their real estate.”

An estimated 113,000 vehicles pass by the site on typical day, according to Progressive.
