Ontario-based CVB Financial has announced a 25-cent-per-share dividend for the third quarter.
The dividend, approved by CVB’s board of directors Sept. 17, will be available on or about Oct. 16 to shareholders of record on Oct. 1, according to a statement on the financial institutions’ website.
This is the144th consecutive quarter CVB Financial, the holding company for Citizens Business Bank, has paid a dividend to its shareholders, according to the statement.
