Ontario-based CVB Financial Corp. enjoyed a strong finish to 2025.
The holding company of Citizens Business Bank reported net income of $55.0 million for the fourth quarter of 2025, up from $52.6 million in the third quarter and $50.9 million year-over-year, according to a statement on CVB Financials’ website.
Earnings per share were 40 cents for the fourth quarter, compared with 38 cents in the third quarter and 36 cents in the fourth quarter of 2025.
For 2025, CVB Financial reported net income of $209.3 million, compared with $200.7 million in 2024. Earnings per share were $1.52 for the year, up from $1.44 per share in 2204, according to the statement.
CVB Financial has reported 195 consecutive profitable quarters, and 145 straight quarters of paying cash dividends on its stock, according to the statement.
