Five retail properties in Eastvale have been sold for a combined $18.3 million.
The parcels cover 237,000 square feet on 5.4 acres and are part of Eastvale Gateway South at 12464 – 12574 Limonite Ave. according to CBRE.
The properties are occupied by Walgreens, Chevron, McDonald’s and Taco Bell, along with a multi-tenant building occupied by Little Caesars, Wingstop, Jay’s Barbershop and Corky’s Kitchen.
Information about the buyer and seller were not released.
“Eastvale Gateway South attracted significant interest because of its high-visibility location, established national and local tenant mix and access to a growing Inland Empire trade area,” said Cray A. Carlson, senior vice president with CBRE, in the statement. “The sale of the portfolio to multiple buyers shows the appeal of well-located retail real estate.”
