Lance Mordachini has been promoted to senior vice president, investment sales by Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga.
Mordachini, whose specialty is representing owners in retail transactions in the Inland Empire and the San Gabriel Valley, was formerly vice president, investment sales, according to a statement released by Progressive.
“Lance combines market knowledge with a focus on delivering results for his clients,” said Greg Bedell, managing director with, Progressive, in the statement. “This promotion recognizes his outstanding work and the important role he’ll play in our firm’s growth.”
Mordachini is pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation, which conveys expertise in negotiation and financial and market analysis.
