Multifamlly project underway in Wildomar

A 150-unit apartment complex is under construction in Wildomar.

DAX will consist of studio, one and two-bedroom units and will be developed by Intracorp, which builds high-end multifamily complexes throughout North America, according to a statement on the company’s website.

DAX – official name Dalton at Wildomar Crossroads – will include a resort-style pool, cabanas, barbeques, a clubhouse, a social lounge, wellness center, and virtual workspaces.

The five-building complex will be built on 4.5 acres northwest of Clinton Keith Road and Wildomar Trail, near Interstates 15 and 215.

Leasing is expected to begin in about one year, according to the statement.

In a nod to Wildomar’s agricultural past, the project will feature farmhouse-stye architecture and a silo. It’s being developed next to the future home of a shopping center that will include a Sprouts Market and a Dutch Bros. Coffee, according to the statement.
