Victorville will hold a networking meeting for anyone interested in securing retail property in the city’s Old Town.
The session, scheduled to be held from 2 to 5 p.m. April 9 at Victorville City Hall, will bring together property and business owners, brokers, lenders, developers, entrepreneurs, and city officials, according to a statement released by the city.
Attendees will learn about business and investment opportunities, available private properties, and city incentives and resources. Public-private partnerships will also be discussed.
Old Town is located primarily along 7th and D streets. Its undergoing a renovation designed to make it a viable shopping district.
