Both parks were sold by Palace Entertainment, a subsidiary of Herschend, a private themed entertainment company in Atlanta. Boomers Palm Springs is located in Cathedral City.
Financial details were not disclosed. The three remaining properties are Raging Waters in Los Angeles, Boomers in Vista and Wet ‘n Wild in Emerald Pointe, N.C.
“Each of these properties complements our portfolio, adds to our scale economies and the network effects of having a nationwide offering for our guests,” said Thomas Shannon, chairman and chief executive officer of Lucky Strike Entertainment, in the statement.
Castle Park, 3500 Polk St, covers 2.4 acres and attracts more than 250,000 visitors a year, according to the statement.
Boomers Palm Springs covers 3.4 acres at 67-700 E Palm Canyon Drive. Attendance figures were not available.

I sure hope you clean Castle Park. Very fun down. Rides don’t work. Very dirty.
I agree the miniature golf area could be cleaned and updated with new lighting needs a facelift on a lot of the attractions there light bulbs are missing throughout the whole entire park I’ve been going there for over 15 years and I love the place so do my children but it still looks the same as it did when I was a kid I’m 43 now so to keep people coming back things have to change better prices better hours and more fun things to do there
