A retail building in Temecula has been sold for $6.5 million.
The buyer, a Los Angeles private investor, bought the building at 32435 Temecula Parkway, according to Progressive Retail Partners in Rancho Cucamonga.
The building, which is part of Vail Ranch Plaza, is fully leased. Its tenants include Better Buzz Coffee, Orangetheory Fitness, Krak Boba, and D’Or Nail Lounges.
Vail Ranch Plaza is anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market, PetSmart, and EOS Fitness. An estimated 42,800 vehicles pass by the shopping center on a typical day.
Both buyer and seller declined to be identified. Progressive represented then buyer in transaction.
