Kimberly Sheehy has been appointed to the boards of CVB Financial Corp and Citizens Business Bank, CVB Financial’s subsidiary.
Both boards increased their membership from eight to nine with Sheehy’s dual appointments, according to a statement posted on CVB Financial’s website.
Sheehy will chair CVB Financial’s audit committee and will be a member of its compensation and nominating-corporate governance committees. For Citizens Business Bank she will be a member of its risk management, balance sheet management and trust services committees.
“We are very pleased to welcome Kim Sheehy to join our boards of directors,” said Hal W. Oswalt, chairman of both boards, in the statement. “Kim’s expertise in finance, accounting and technology will add to the depth and breadth of each of our boards.”
Sheehy has worked for 30 years in telecommunications technology, including senior leadership positions at StackPath, CyrusOne and Cincinnati Bell, according to the statement.
