Tim Stephens has been named director of CVB Financial Corp. in Los Angeles.
Stephens, who has more than 33 years experience in business and information technology, has been named the ninth member of CVB Financial’s board of directors, according to a statement on the financial institution’s website.
“We are pleased to welcome Mr. Stephens to the boards of CVB Financial and Citizens Business Bank,” said Hal W. Oswalt, board chairman of both entities, in the statement. “His experience in financial services, information technology, risk management, and regulatory compliance will be a tremendous asset.”
Ontario-based CVB Financial is the holding company of Citizens Business Bank.
