A McDonald’s drive-thru in Wildomar has been sold for $3.2 million.
The property at 22193 Bundy Canyon Road was purchased in a ground-lease transaction by a private international investor whose name was not released, according to RealSource Group, a commercial real estate brokerage in Newport Beach.
The seller, who was represented by RealSource Group, was a private developer in Southern California who also declined to be identified.
The 4,000-square-foot restaurant, which opened recently, sits on a 0,83-acre parcel and is part of Bundy Canyon Plaza. Tenants there include Starbucks and a 7-Eleven gas station/convenience store. More than 130,000 people with an average household income of more than $140,000 live within a five-mile radius of the site.
Developed in 2025, the property has multiple points of access and departure. More than 23,000 vehicles pass the site on a typical day according to RealSource Group.
