Tickets are on sale for the 2019 Spirit of the Entrepreneur Awards, scheduled to be held Nov. 13 at the Riverside Convention Center.
Innovators from the Inland Empire will compete for awards in nine categories, each of which recognizes the “leadership, determination, teamwork, community involvement, and the risks taken to build successful entrepreneurial companies,” according to a statement.
More than 200 nominees are up for awards this year. A panel of judges consisting primarily of past Spirit Award recipients will decide the winners.
Semi-finalists are scheduled to be announced September 11.
Proceeds from the Spirit of the Entrepreneur event will benefit the Spirit of the Entrepreneur Scholarship established by Mike Stull, Director of the Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship at California State University, San Bernardino and founder of the spirit awards.
