El Pollo Loco is coming to Wildomar.
The popular chain that specializes in Mexican-style grilled chicken has signed a 15-year lease on a free-standing building in Renaissance Plaza, 32406 Clinton Keith Road, said Scott Forest, senior vice president with Westmar Commercial Real Estate in Temecula.
The owner of the building is Cloverdale Marketplace LLC, a private investment group. Financial terms were not released.
The building, which has been vacant for about six months, was formerly occupied by Kentucky Fried Chicken and Long John Silver’s, Forest said.
El Pollo Loco plans to move in by the end of the year. The number of employees was not available.
