Stater Bros. has promoted three employees to vice president positions.
Mike Crawford has been named vice president of strategic insights and process innovation, Alex Lemos vice president of accounting and Sonia Munoz vice president of employee relations, according to a statement.
All three appointments became official Sept. 29, the day Greg McNiff took over as the San Bernardino-based supermarket chain’s president and chief executive officer.
“These promotions are a testament to the talented teammates within Stater Bros. who are ready to assume expanded roles and responsibilities,” said McNiff in the statement. “I am proud of their accomplishments and the example of teamwork they are setting for our organization.”
Crawford was most recently senior director shrink and process improvement, Lemos senior controller and Munoz senior director of employee relations, according to the statement.
