NAIOP Inland Empire has appointed its 2014 leadership board.
The 43-member board, which was announced Monday, will spend this year carrying out the chapter’s mission of promoting commercial real estate in Riverside and San Bernardino counties, while looking to help improve the region’s quality of life, according to a statement.
The chapter will also try to increase its membership by connecting with more industry professionals and increasing its charity work with The Boys & Girls Club, Second Harvest Food Bank and the Special Operations Warrior Foundation, according to the statement.

President-elect: John Condas, Allan Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis LLP
Past President: Kim Snyder, Prologis
Treasurer: Phil Prassas, KTR Capital Partners
Secretary: Milo Lipson, Cushman & Wakefield
On the administrative side, Robert Evans will remain as NAIOP Inland Empire’s executive director and Devon Sulli will be the chapter’s executive assistant. Vickie Talley, a principal at Talley & Associates in Laguna Hills, will also serve on the chapter’s administrative staff this year, according to the statement.
NAIOPIE is the regional chapter of NAIOP, a national commercial real estate development association based in Virginia. The chapter provides networking and business development opportunities, education programs and government/legislative support to the local commercial real estate industry.
