Mo Valley mall lands another tenant

A national clothing chain will move into Moreno Valley Mall this summer.

Tilly’s, which specializes in apparel and accessories for action-sports enthusiasts, has signed a lease to occupy 7,100 square feet on the mall’s lower level near Macy’s, according to a statement.

The agreement, which was completed by the mall’s management company, Spinoso Real Estate Group, was announced last week. Tilly’s is scheduled to move into the space in July, according to the statement.

Spinoso Real Estate has recently filled 80,000 square feet of space at the Moreno Valley Mall, including Sprint, Crunch Fitness and Round 1 Bowling and Amusement.

“Moreno Valley Mall’s leasing efforts are on fire right now,” said Carmen Spinoso, the real estate company’s president and chief executive officer, in a statement. “Its 80,000 square feet of recently leased space is just the beginning.”
