Coachella Valley dental building changes hands

A dental office building in Palm Desert has been sold for $4.3 million.

The property, at 72415 Park View Drive, consists of a 9,257 square-foot building that sits on 1.5 acres, according to CBRE.

CBRE represented the buyer, Wilson Meade Commercial Real Estate in Rancho Mirage represented the seller. Both parties were described only as local private investors.

Built-in 2005, the building houses a dental facility, including two orthodontists, a periodontist, and an endodontist.

“This type of property becomes available maybe once every decade,” said Ramos, partner with Wilson Meade, in the statement. “Its design and construction standards make it one of the premier buildings in the Coachella Valley. Add to this the fact it’s a specialized dental practice in operation for 50 years, and you had an outstanding purchase opportunity for the buyer.”
