An Indio building that is occupied by a dialysis clinic has been sold.
The structure at 82900 Avenue 42, home to DeVita Dialysis, was purchased for $4.2 million by a Los Angeles Investor whose name was not released, according to Progressive Real Estate Partners in Rancho Cucamonga.
The seller, represented by Progressive, was also a Los Angeles-based investor who wished to remain anonymous.
JohnHart Real Estate, which has multiple offices throughout greater Los Angeles, represented the buyer.
The 14,000-square-foot building is about four miles from JFK Memorial Hospital, the area’s largest regional medical facility. Nearby retailers include Walgreens, Home Depot, Big Lots, Five Below and 24 Hour Fitness.
DaVita Dialysis is a Fortune 500 company traded on the New York Stock Exchange. It’s one of the world’s largest kidney care providers, with more than 3,100 outpatient dialysis centers and $11.6 billon in annual sales, according to the statement.
