Residential development breaks ground in Ontario

A 91-unit residential development is under construction in Ontario.

“Dusa” is being built southeast of downtown near Haven Avenue West and Chino Avenue, according to Landsea Homes in Dallas, the project’s developer.

The project, which broke ground recently, will consist of 95 single-family homes ranging from 2,027 to 2,317 square feet and 96 townhomes ranging from 1,317 to 1,611 square feet. It will include a pool, picnic area, children’s playground, and a recreation lawn.”

“We have expanded our presence in the Inland Empire with the addition of Dusa to our community portfolio,” said Tom Baine, president of Landsea’s Southern California Division, in a statement, “It is a very important and successful market for Landsea as we continue to expand in Southern California.”

Units are expected to go on sale next year. A price range was not disclosed.
