A 340,000-square-foot industrial facility in San Bernardino has been sold.
Dallas-based Dalfen Industrial bought the project at 4982 Hallmark Parkway from Bixby Land Co. in Newport Beach, according to a statement.
Cost of the transaction was not disclosed. JLL represented both parties in the negotiations.
The warehouse-distribution facility is fully leased to two tenants. It’s north of the Foothill Freeway and immediately west of Interstate 215.
Dalfen Industrial is a real estate investment management company that buys, develops and operates “last-mile” properties in major U.S. markets, according to the company’s website.
