A 33,350-square-foot retail building in Upland has been sold.
The freestanding building at 685 W. Foothill Blvd., which is fully occupied by a 24 Hour Fitness, sold for $6 million, according to Irvine-based Faris Lee Investments.
That price works out to $180 per square foot, said Jeff Conover, senior managing director with Faris Lee, in a statement.
Conover represented the seller, Mission Plaza Properties Inc. in Costa Mesa. The buyer was Sunrz Holdings Inc. in Orange. The transaction was announced Tuesday.
24 Hour Fitness has three years left on its lease.
Nine offers were made on the building, which was built in 1976 and fully renovated in 2004.
The building, which is near a Ford Automobile dealership, Sprouts Farmers Market and Wells Fargo Bank, sits on three acres at Foothill Boulevard and San Antonio Avenue.
More than 383,000 residents live within a five-mile radius of the property, according to the statement.
