NAIOP Inland Empire is asking local real estate professionals to nominate their employers, co-workers and business partners for the chapter’s annual REXIE Awards.
The third annual awards program, a benefit for the Boys & Girls Club of Fontana, is scheduled to be held Jan. 14 at the Hilton Ontario Airport, according to a release.
The award program recognizes local professionals and businesses for exceptional work in the Inland Empire region. Nominations are being accepted through Friday in the following categories:
Industrial Developer of the Year
Industrial Owner of the Year
Industrial Leasing Broker of the Year
Industrial Investment Broker of the Year
Industrial Investment Sale of the Year
Industrial Land Acquisition of the Year
Industrial Lease Transaction of the Year
Public Partner of the Year

Last year’s REXIE awards raised $2,500 for the Boys & Girls Club’s San Bernardino chapter, according to the release.
