Master Planned Community to get First Neighborhoods

Del Webb Community Homes will build the first two neighborhoods in Terramor, a master-planned community in Temescal Valley just south of Corona.

The communities, both of which are expected to be completed next spring, will be for people 55 and older, according a statement released Wednesday.

The Del Webb neighborhoods, Cortina and Ardena, will feature 240 single-family homes that will range from 1,500 to 2,100 square feet.

Terramor is being developed by Forestar Toscana Development Co. in Newport Beach. It will be a resort-style project, with a clubhouse, pool and fitness center, and will be built on 916 acres in south Orange County, according to the statement.
