Daum Commercial Real Estate Services has negotiated the sale of two Inland industrial buildings that combined are worth more than $13 million.
The first building, at 1228 Sherborn St., sold for $7.5 million to Excel Business Park LLC, a private investment group, Daum Commercial announced Monday.
Newport Trading LLC was the seller. The building, most recently occupied by a furniture distribution company, is vacant. The buyer plans to begin renovating the structure within a week, said Chris Migliori,executive vice president with Daum Commercial.
The second structure, at 1320 W. Mission Blvd. in Ontario, covers 44,277 square feet. It was bought by a company that makes vitamins and supplements.
The cost of that building was $5.6 million. The seller was a Mission XC, LLC , a Seal Beach developer that specializes in industrial properties. The buyer, whose name was not released, plans to use the building for manufacturing.
Migiori represented the buyers in both transactions, according to the statement.
