Perris Marketplace, a neighborhood retail center anchored by a Super Walmart, is now fully occupied.
Baskin Robbins, Jamba Juice and Daniel’s Jewelers all recently signed leases to locate at the facility at 1700 N. Perris Blvd. near Interstate 215, according to Progressive Real Estate Partners.
Details of the leases, which Progressive Real Estate helped negotiate, were not released. Other tenants include Starbucks, Popeye’s, Chipotle and Dickie’s BBQ.
