Jon Schlobohm is stepping down as a board member of American Business Bank.
A board member since American Business Bank was founded in 1998, Schlobohm will retire at the end of his current term, according to a statement released by the bank.
“Jon has been a valued member, and we are grateful for his years of dedicated service,” said Leon Blankstein, chief executive officer, of American Business Bank, in the statement, “His experience as a business leader and investor has contributed to the bank’s long-term growth and commitment to serving the business community.”
The annual Jon Schlobohm Award is given to the bank’s outstanding service professional.
Los Angeles-based American Business Bank operates nine loan office in Southern California, including one in Ontario and another in Riverside.
