Riverside County is offering vaccines to people 70 years old and older.
Appointments are available at various county clinics, from now through Feb. 16, according to a statement.
Appointments can be made by going to the Public Health website https://www.rivcoph.org/COVID-19-Vaccine-with-Registration.
Participants will need to show proof of age (driver’s license or California identification card) and have an appointment when they arrive at the clinic.
Individuals who cannot show proof of age or who do not have an appointment will be turned away. Participants are asked to arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled appointment time.
Seniors who want to get vaccinated may call 211 for an appointment.
