Construction has started on a 406,100-square-foot industrial building in Hesperia.
The project, at 9260 Mesa Linda St., is expected to be completed during the second quarter of next year, according Voit Real Estate Services.
It is available for sale or lease.
Voit is in charge of marketing, sales, and leasing. It is working with Newcastle Partners, a full-service commercial real estate firm with offices in Corona and San Francisco.
The project is being built on 18 acres near Interstate 15. It is being marketed to a variety of potential users, including national credit tenants, third-party logistics companies and import/export firms.
“This development reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality industrial facilities that meet the needs of today’s tenants,” said Courtney Wing, Newcastle’s vice president, of development and construction, in a statement. “Hesperia offers a combination of lower occupancy costs, abundant labor, and direct (access) to the ports and Interstate 15 that sets it apart from competing submarkets.”
