Willow Townhomes, a 39-unit multifamily building in Ontario, has been sold for $17.4 million.
The new project at 221 N. Mountain Ave., was sold to a foreign investor whose name was not released, according to a statement.
CBRE represented the seller, 221 N. Mountain Ave. Holding LLC, in the transaction.
Units average just under 1,000 square feet. Amenities include private garages equipped with electric vehicle charging stations, in-unit laundry facilities and private balconies.
The property is near Ontario International Airport, Interstates 10 and 15, Ontario Mills, Toyota Arena and Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga, according to the statement.
