An unidentified tenant has leased 809,000 square feet of space in an industrial building in Perris.
The structure at 450 E. Rider St. is part of the Rider Logistics Center, east of Interstate 215 and south of the Ramona Expressway, according to a statement.
Terms of the agreement were not released.
The center was built and is leased by IDI Logistics, which acquired the site six years ago. Other companies leasing space at Rider Logistics include Kraft, O’Reilly Autoparts, Harbor Freight Tools, Walgreens, Home Depot and Lowe’s.
Colliers and CBRE represented the building’s owner in the lease negotiations, according to the statement.
