The property at 1820 N. Perris Blvd. is fully occupied by multiple tenants, including Baskin Robbins, Fiesta Auto Insurance, Great Clips, Pacific Dental, Sally Beauty, and Verizon, according to Hanley Investment Group in Corona Del Mar.
Information about the buyer and seller was not disclosed. The sale was part of a break-up strategy.
