Tri-City Center is sold

The Tri-City Center in San Bernardino has been sold for $24.3 million.

Built in 1987, the 151,700-square foot shopping center at 891 Harriman Place is fully occupied, according to a statement.

Unilev Capital Corp., a real estate investment and management company, sold the property to an undisclosed buyer. JLL Retail Capital Markets represented Unilev Capital in the sale negotiations.

The property is next to Interstate 10 and the Tri-City Corporate Center, one of the largest office complexes in the Inland Empire, with more than 17 Class A and Class B buildings.

Tri-City Center tenants include 24-Hour Fitness, Curacao, Pollo Campero, Poke Bar, Cantos Jewelers and Pet World. More than 70 percent of its tenants have been there since at least 2005, according to the statement.
